- Board Certified in Addiction Medicine, I lead a team of multidisciplinary professionals to effectively treat the disease of addiction. Outpatient detoxification from drugs and alcohol is often provided in the setting of a partial hospitalization (PHP) or intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment program at Recovery Keys in Jacksonville, FL and St. Augustine, FL. Our goal is to help individuals enter recovery and acquire skills to live life alcohol and drug free. Medication Assisted treatment (MAT) is used when necessary to aid in full remission from this disease.
