I’m Jenia Malysh (she/her), a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and founder of a trauma-informed, gender-affirming psychiatric practice in Seattle, Washington. I specialize in working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma (C-PTSD), grief, bereavement, psychedelic harm reduction & integration, and major life transitions.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and body-centered, drawing from my training in somatic therapy approaches and my background in both nursing and psychiatric care.
