Jay Mulaney, MD, is an ophthalmologist based in Lakeland, FL, with subspecialties in cataract, glaucoma, and retinal disease. He completed his internal medicine internship at Cook County Health and his residency in ophthalmology at the Scheie Eye Institute of the University of Pennsylvania.
