Dr. Murphy has extensive experience in interventional glaucoma including laser and minimally-invasive surgeries, and laser refractive cataract surgery utilizing advanced technology lens implants. He is on staff at Yale New Haven Hospital, Hartford Hospital, and Hudson Valley Hospital. His published research includes studies of minimally-invasive glaucoma surgical devices, visual field diagnostic devices, intraocular imaging, and lens implant technology, with multiple citations in journals. He has lectured on ophthalmic surgical techniques through the U.S. as well as internationally.
