Summary
- Under the training of IVF's founding father, Dr. Robert Edwards, Dr. Geoffrey Sher established the first private clinic to offer IVF services in the United States in 1982. The clinic was well-received upon its establishment and, later on, expanded throughout US. Sher Institute for Reproductive Medicine has clinics in Las Vegas, NV; Dallas, TX; St. Louis, MO; Central Illinois, IL; Greater Lehigher Valley, PA; New Jersey, NJ; New York, NY; and Westchester, NY.
Currently, Dr. Sher is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of SIRM that is based on Las Vegas.The clinic now holds a record of birthing 16, 000 IVF babies since it first operated.
