Franciska Gudenkauf, MD, is a gastroenterologist located in Houston, TX. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins University (2020-2023) and is currently pursuing a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Baylor College of Medicine (2023-2026). Dr. Gudenkauf earned her MD from Baylor College of Medicine in 2020 and holds an MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Public Health (2017-2019). Her undergraduate degree is in Biological Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She has contributed to several publications, including research on brain injury imaging and cancer prevention in Texas, with her work appearing in journals such as Scientific Reports and Plos One.
