• Dr. Dieguez is an Anesthesiologist/Interventional pain specialist and a Fellow Member of the Interventional Orthobiologic Foundation and has been in practice in Saint Augustine, Florida since 1988. At our facility we treat a variety of common musculoskeletal, orthopedic, spine conditions and sports injuries without surgery, mainly utilizing Orthobiologics. We use precision guidance in all our injections, using either Fluoroscopy or Ultrasound. We pride ourselves in being the first facility in Saint Augustine and Saint Johns county providing Orthobiologic Medicine using Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and BMC/MSC and Progenekine for arthritic and other musculoskeletal and spine conditions. We also do Prolotherapy in our office.
  
  Please be aware that we are not a so called “Pain Clinic”. We specialize in Interventional Orthobiologic Medicine using orthobiologics. Having worked for the Florida Department of Health as an expert witness for the prosecution services unit reviewing pill mills type of operations, and being very aware of the addiction problem we have in our country, Dr. Dieguez rarely if ever prescribes narcotics and other controlled addictive medications and never for longer than three to five days and only if absolutely necessary after a procedure.
