- Over the years of practice I have realized the conventional medicine has failed so many patients. It has become a computerized algorithm devoid of clinical reasoning. So many failed neurosurgeries and orthopedic surgeries. So much opioid and sedative addiction. A doctor must strive to treat a patient as a whole person rather than chasing after a rabbit hole of diseases.
