His expertise extends beyond the pharmacological treatment of psychiatric conditions. He has received training in various psychotherapy modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Jungian Analysis. In his practice, he integrates these approaches within an eclectic existential framework, offering what he calls Dynamic Eclectic Existential Psycho-pharmaco-therapy (DEEP), which draws on the most effective elements of each method.
His clinical and research interests include mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions; existentialism; student mental health; and global mental health, with a focus on human rights, the misuse of psychiatry, and Rights-based Existential Psychiatry (REP).
