- Dhruv Sharma, MD is a board-certified Otolaryngologist and fellowship-trained Rhinologist with the University of Louisville Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. He is a fellowship-trained surgeon with expertise in the full spectrum of nasal and sinus pathology, including chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyps, functional nasal airway, disorders of taste & smell, benign & malignant sinus tumors, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks. Dr. Sharma collaborates with Neurosurgery to perform minimally invasive skull base surgery to access tumors in the skull base and/or brain. He has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications and has presented his research at numerous national conferences. Dr. Sharma is an active member of the American Rhinologic Society (ARS), North American Skull Base Society (NASBS), and the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.
