- I am a board-certified neurointensivist and neurosurgeon with strong interests in stroke and cerebrovascular disease, imaging and haptics as they relate to minimally invasive techniques, surgical rehearsal and education, telemedicine and international medical aid. I completed my Neurocritical Care Fellowship at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, my Neurosurgical Residency at Northwestern University Hospitals in Chicago, my medical degree (MD) and Neurophysiology Fellowship at the university of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and my undergraduate degree (BS) at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
