- Dr. David Power is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Zena and Michael A. Wiener Cardiovascular Institute of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Power attended medical school at the University College Cork, Ireland. He completed his residency and cardiology fellowship at Mount Sinai’s Icahn School of Medicine where he received the Ira M. Goldstein award for clinical teaching, and the Alpha Omega Alpha award for clinical and research excellence. He subsequently served as as Chief Cardiology Fellow in his final year, followed by a second advanced fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at The Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Power has published extensively on left main coronary artery disease, artificial intelligence in cardiac disease, and intravascular imaging in PCI.
