Summary
- Since July, 2015 I have been a private practice Urologist in San Francisco, CA at the following locations: St. Francis Memorial Hospital, St. Mary’s Medical Center, California Pacific Medical Center, and my office location at 909 Hyde St. #222, San Francisco, CA 94109. I am a general Urologist with an emphasis on Minimally Invasive and Robotic Urologic Surgery.
In a little over a year I have built a busy and self-sustaining practice after starting with zero patients and no internal referrals. Over this time period I have learned a great deal regarding the business of medicine and I have applied this knowledge on a daily basis as my practice has grown rapidly in the midst of one of the most competitive medical climates in the country. I have been instrumental in bringing in and building a Robotic Surgery program at St. Francis Memorial Hospital. As illustrated on my CV I have given several Urologic lectures in the community directed toward patients, primary care physicians, and specialists on the following topics: Prostate Cancer Screening, Hypogonadism, BPH, and Robotic Urologic Surgery. Furthermore, I gave talks on Robotic Urologic Surgery internationally in both Morocco and South Africa at the World Congress of Urology and World Congress of Endourology respectively.
From July 2014 to June 2015 I trained as a fellow and Junior Attending in San Antonio, TX with the group Urology San Antonio. My training emphasis was in the following areas of minimally invasive urologic surgery: Robotic and laparoscopic kidney, adrenal, bladder and prostate surgery.
I successfully completed my residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA (July 2009 to July 2014).
I completed my medical school training at Midwestern University (Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine) in Chicago, IL in May 2009.
