Cody Chastain, MD, MEHP is an infectious disease specialist based in Nashville, TN, with a focus in HIV/AIDS medicine. He completed his medical education at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 2008, followed by an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Duke University Hospital from 2008 to 2011. He furthered his training in Infectious Disease at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from 2012 to 2014. Dr. Chastain currently serves as an Associate Professor. His research includes publications on implementation science for HIV prevention and hepatitis C care.
