- Emergency Medicine Physician, Naval Pilot & Flight Surgeon (Aeromedical Dual Designator) AMDD) in the MH-60R Seahawk Helicopter. AMDD’s are a very limited officer inventory in Naval Aviation skilled concurrently in the professional qualifications of a naval aviator and of a flight surgeon. AMDD’s are predominately used, but not limited to, research and development activities. Currently conducting multi-institutional, IRB approved, collaborative research on Neck pain in aviation. Member of the F-35 Lightning II aeromedical advisory group. Graduated from the USAF TOP KNIFE II (F-16 C/D) Fighter Flight Surgeon School in 2015 and USAF TOP KNIFE I (F-15 C/D) with the Florida Air National Guard. Completed Emergency Medicine Residency at Naval Medical Portsmouth, VA 2016-2019.
