Summary

  • I am a second-year internal medicine resident at the UTSW medical center. I am interested in pursuing a career in pulmonary/critical care, palliative medicine, and public health.

    During medical school, I served as a student leader at a local community free. Before medical school, I completed an AmeriCorps service year with the National Health Corps at the same community free clinic

    • Insulin Costs and Low-Income Patients

    Many patients with diabetes rely on insulin to survive yet struggle to afford it even with health insurance coverage.

    This scholarship supports working students

    The award provides $12,500 in tuition support to sophomore students who work full or part-time to support themselves through college.
