- Dr. Cathryn Galanter is Professor of Psychiatry and the Division Director for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at Stony Brook. She completed her medical education at the New York University School of Medicine in 1996, followed by a residency and fellowship in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Columbia University.
