- I am a triple Board-Certified Physician in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Noumi obtained a Certificate of Study in Clinical Research and Management (CSCR) from Drexel University in Philadelphia and did his Post Doctorial research at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Scranton-Temple program in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He went on to further specialize in the field of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at University Hospitals Case Western Reserve Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
