  • Dr. Anil K. Sharma is the Founder and President of Spine &Pain Centers of New Jersey and New York, one of the region’s leading networks for interventional pain management. A nationally recognized expert, Dr. Sharma completed his fellowship at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he was named Best Graduating Fellow. He graduated as Valedictorian from MGM Medical College and received the Robert Dripps Award for Best Resident at Monmouth Medical Center, where he currently serves as Director of Pain Management.


    Over a 30-year clinical career, Dr. Sharma has performed more than 80,000 spinal procedures, specializing in minimally invasive techniques and the diagnosis of complex, chronic pain conditions. He has been named a “Top Doctor” by New Jersey Monthly for 14 consecutive years and was featured on its cover in 2014.


    A respected educator and published author, Dr. Sharma has contributed textbook chapters, published research in leading spine journals, and played a role in developing clinical guidelines through the North American Spine Society. He has taught advanced techniques at national and international spine conferences and led numerous cadaver labs to train physicians in new technologies.


    Beyond medicine, Dr. Sharma is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial strategist. He is a Wharton Business School alumnus and the Founder and President of Third Eye Capital Management, a successful hedge fund that has since transitioned into a family office. That family office now funds the Sharma Family Foundation.


    Through the foundation, Dr. Sharma supports education, scholarships, healthcare initiatives, and essential needs like clean water and food security—particularly in developing countries.
