  • Dr. Yasharpour grew up in Houston, Texas and moved to Los Angeles for High School. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and received her medical degree with Dean's Honors recognition with special distinction in Dermatology Research from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

    She returned to Los Angeles, for her postgraduate training in Internal Medicine at the world renowned Cedars Sinai Medical Center.

    To further her training, Dr. Yasharpour then went on to complete a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University of California, Irvine.

    Dr. Yasharpour has authored several publications in leading peer-reviewed journals and has participated in multiple national and internal meetings.

    Dr. Yasharpour chose medicine as a career because of a true desire to help others. She loves working with both adults and children. With a strong history of allergies in her family, becoming an Allergist/Immunologist was a natural decision. She is a firm believer in patient-centered, compassionate, individualized, and comprehensive medical care.
