- Dr. Adriana Malone is Associate Professor of Medicine (Hematology/Medical Oncology) and Medical Education at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai with a clinical focus on stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy. Dr. Malone has a long-standing interest in medical education and leadership. She directs the Hematology/Oncology and Stem Cell Transplant fellowships, served as Senior Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education from 2020-2024, and was appointed System Vice Chair for Education, Department of Medicine as of January 2025. Dr. Malone was selected as a 2023 recipient of ACGME's prestigious Parker J. Palmer Courage to Teach Award for her work as a program director. On a national level, Dr. Malone is an active member of the American Society for Clinical Oncology and the American Society for Transplant and Cellular Therapy and has participated in education and leadership training as well as has served in leadership roles on education focused committees.
