Lead the Opening of our Outpatient Primary Care Office in Nw Port Richey

Conviva Senior Primary Care is opening our newest location in New Port Richey, and we are looking for a dynamic Primary Care Physician to lead the opening of our new Geriatric Primary Care center.

About the role:

• Monday-Friday, 8-5 Hours in an Outpatient Setting
• See 12-15 patients per day under a value-based care model
• Team-based model with daily huddles
• Full support staff including care coaches, MAs and APPs
• eCW EMR system

Benefits:

• Base salary plus 20% quality incentive pay, for total earnings up to $300,000
• Sign-on bonus, relocation offered in some circumstances

Requirements:

• BC/BE
• Florida Licensure
• Experience with geriatric primary care
