Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be part of a busy, well established, state-of-the-art practice.
  • Positions offer a collegial environment with strong support from non-operative sports medicine, physiatry and pain management to enhance surgical referrals.
  • Access to multiple surgical suites and privileges to ambulatory surgery centers as well as community hospitals with the da Vinci™ Robotics Surgery Systems and MAKO Robotics Surgery Systems to support the busies multi-specialty minimally invasive surgical programs in region.
  • Hip arthroscopy, hip resurfacing, total hip replacement, anterior hip replacement, knee arthroscopy, knee replacement, revision knee replacement, and shoulder replacement.
  • Offer same-day Total Hip and Knee Replacement surgery in our state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Middletown, Warwick, and Newburgh, NY.

Required Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine.
  • Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Fellowship trained in Total Joint Replacement (Hip & Knee).
  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of (NY) at time of employment.
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.

New York Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $543,656 to $835,094 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
