    The Center for Developmental Behavioral Health at Kennedy Krieger Institute and theDivision of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins University is seekinga faculty child and adolescent psychiatrist to provide clinical and educational leadershipand foster a culture of excellence on our 15-bed pediatric acute inpatient psychiatry unitat the Johns Hopkins Childrens Center. The ideal candidate will be committed toadvancing clinical excellence and academic scholarship, implementing “best-practices”in the acute psychiatric care setting, interdisciplinary team-building, and training the nextgeneration of pediatric mental health providers. Our rapid growth and integration withinthe acclaimed Johns Hopkins Health System and Kennedy Krieger Institute, the world’spremier institution dedicated to improving the lives of young people withneurodevelopmental disorders, allow us to craft positions tailored to individual skills andinterests.     In compliance with the Maryland Pay Transparency act, Kennedy Krieger includes the wage range for all posted jobs. These ranges are based upon the American Academy of Medical Colleges (AAMC) scales and represent a good faith estimate of the base wage range at the time of posting. For this position, the annual wage range is $198,324 to $332,609. The actual wage will be influenced by factors such as faculty appointments, credentials, research experience, and specific expertise. This wage range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation which may be eligible for this position.
