Delphi Healthcare is a Physician’s group out of Rochester, NY. We specialize in rural Hospitalist, Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine. Our providers and APPs are direct permanent employees of Delphi Healthcare and are paid on a weekly basis. We offer medical, dental, life, 401k, disability, $25,000 FEA and cover malpractice & tail coverage.

Claxton Hepburn Medical Center: Ogdensburg, NY 13669

Full time Hospitalist 1st chair APP (3 shifts per week or 36 hours per week)

-Meditech EMR -In-patient Hospitalist program -12hr shifts -Critical Access Hospital -A 9 bed open ICU -Respiratory Tech onsite -Double coverage during the day -Averages 20-25 patients per day total

-About 10,000 annual visits a year

Lewis County General Hospital: Lowville, NY 13367 Full time or consistent night Hospitalist APP (3 shifts per week or 36 hours per week)

-Meditech EMR -In-patient Hospitalist program -12hr shifts

-One APP during the day alongside Physician, one APP at night solo -Averages 16-20 patients per day total -Nursing home on site - requires light coverage

-About 5,000 annual visits a year, 1,600 for the nursing home

Carthage Area Hospital:

Carthage, NY 13619 Full time or per diem consistent 1st Chair Hospitalist APP

-CPSI EMR -In-patient Hospitalist program -24hr shifts – on call 7p-7a (via phone)

-About 2,000 annual visits a year

(A 1st chair APP is someone who can work independently without a physician onsite. This requires a minimum of 8 plus years of experience with at least 3 years of experience working alone. The 1st chair APP works 12 hours on the floor and then is on call from 7p-7a via phone)
