Locum Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity in Northeastern SC

Opportunity Details

Medicus has partnered with a hospital in northeastern South Carolina with an opportunity for an Orthopedic Surgeon to assist their team.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-hour shifts
• Clinic and office call Monday-Friday
• Setting: Monday, Wednesday, Friday in OR, Tuesday & Thursday in clinic
• Patient Volume: 30-40 per clinic day
• Surgery Volume: 3-8 per day
• Patient Ages: Young adults to geriatric
• Common Procedures: Shoulders, knees, minor trauma, fractures, scopes, ACLs and meniscuses
• No hips, hands, feet, or ankles
• Support Staff: APP, cast tech, nurse, x-ray tech, scribe
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses
