Practice Specifics:

• Well established medical dermatology program where you will start busy and stay busy (large primary care and specialty referral base)
• Patient volume: Average 25-30 general dermatology office visit/procedure per clinic day. If interested in Mohs - 10-12 cases per week with plans to gradually increase to full-time MOHS over the next 2-3 years.
• Flexibility to build your own clinic scheduling template and set your own hours (part time and full time opportunities)
• Newly renovated MOHS surgery facilities
• A collegial team of physicians and providers
• 11+ practice locations with flexibility to select your practice location
• Ability to practice cosmetic dermatology and establish new programs Physician-led department structure with dedicated operations support
• Clinical staff who act as scribes

Responsibilities

• Provides medical dermatology services to patients
• Work alongside 3 MDs, 4 NP/PA's to provide excellent medical dermatology care.
• Utilize Epic electronic medical record to document encounters which are integrated in our multispecialty system.
• Utilize 2 CMA/LPNs for direct patient care, and share RN support for PDT, NBUVB, prior authorizations, and patient phone calls.
• Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes or workflows.

Qualification/Skills

• Must have current, unrestricted medical licensure and licensed in MN & WI upon hire.
• Must be board certified or be eligible for board certification in dermatology within 2 years MN License required
