Urologist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Kentucky

Seeking a Urologist for a long-term locum tenens assignment in central Kentucky. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who is either board certified or board eligible in Urology and is looking for a blend of inpatient and outpatient work.

Practice Setting:

• Provide inpatient and outpatient urological care.
• Supported by a full hospital staff.
• Use advanced charting systems.

Schedule:

• 6+ month assignment, 15 shifts.
• Includes clinic hours and 24-hour call with 30-minute response time.
• Patient volume: ~15 per day, plus phone consults and admissions.

Procedures and Cases:

• General urology: laparoscopic surgeries, nephrolithotomy, incontinence procedures.
• Complex procedures: ESWL, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, robotic surgeries.

Requirements:

• Board certified/eligible in Urology.
• Active Kentucky or Interstate Medical License.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ABLS.
• Minimum 24 months of experience.

Additional Information:

• Credentialing in ~30 days.
• Strong support infrastructure.
