Phoenix Children's is currently seeking an energetic Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Dermatology team here in Phoenix, AZ!

Job Details

1. Clinical time is typically Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, or when clinic duties and patient care is completed
2. This position requires inpatient service/hospital coverage and after-hours coverage as needed
3. This is a very busy practice with complex pediatric patients. We have 4 attendings, APPs, and rotating residents/students and fellows
4. Must be able to work autonomously after initial specialty training
5. Procedures for inpatient/outpatient include cryotherapy, injections, shave and punch biopsies, microscopy (for hair, infestations, and fungal elements), and contact sensitization
6. Medical photography and use of digital media required, with training provided
7. Dermoscopy skills required (and can be introduced as part of training) Appropriate and timely documentation is required as well as sign off completed charts/orders
8. Teaching and participation in department PSQI initiatives and conferences is required.

Job Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of NP/PA experience in pediatrics and/or dermatology experience preferred
