This growing FQHC - Multispeciality group has multiple openings for board- certified or board-eligible Family Practice physicians at locations throughout Greater Phoenix, Pinal, and Maricopa County. This position is open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship and offers student loan forgiveness programs. Practice Details:

• We offer comprehensive services including Primary Care, Pediatrics, OBGYN, Dentistry, Pharmacy, TeleHealth
• Join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Joint Commission-certified Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH)
• Strong support staff of NPs and PAs
• Breaking ground on an additional facility that will be a multispecialty clinic to help the community in the greater Phoenix area

** Schedule:**

• 100% Outpatient position
• Flexible work week and almost no call
• You can gradually tailor patient volume to your preferences
