    Job Opportunity: Urgent Care Physician We have an excellent opportunity for experienced physicians (board-certified in FM, EM, or Med/Peds) to join our welcoming and diverse community of providers across Greater New York. Available schedules include:

    • Full-time Center Anchor
    • Per Diem (PRN)
    • Weekend Only

    Clinical Role and Responsibilities:

    • Be challenged by clinical complexity and a wide variety of cases, using shared decision-making and problem-solving to enhance patient outcomes.
    • Work with a consistent patient flow supported by scheduling programs that promote wellness, efficiency, and quality care.
    • Practice in state-of-the-art centers equipped with advanced technology, including integrated EMR (eCW), POC testing, and on-site X-ray to maximize efficiency and support clinical success.
    • Collaborate closely with on-site Rad Techs and Medical Assistants as the clinical team leader, guiding high-quality patient care.
    • Share your expertise and experience with other clinicians and staff, with opportunities to teach, serve as a subject-matter expert, and supervise.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years’ full-time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
    • Board certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds
    • Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients, ages 6 months and up
    • Skilled in minor procedures (suturing, casting, splinting), EKG, and X-ray interpretation

    Base compensation plus eligible for bonuses: o Daily Volume Bonus: Paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift recognizing productivity at busier centers o Quarterly Bonus: Up to 5% on top of clinical base salary, for metrics like patient satisfaction, productivity, and quality measures
