Flexible Gastroenterology Role with No Call Requirement in Yakima, WA

Join a dynamic Gastroenterology team in Central Washington, offering an outpatient role with no call duties and flexible scheduling options.

Schedule:

• Start ASAP with ongoing coverage required
• No call requirement
• Option for hybrid schedule including clinic and procedure shifts

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient clinic with 14-16 patients per day
• Team includes a full-time provider, PA-C, and occasional GI shifts
• Support staff includes 5 MAs and 7 office staff

Procedures and Cases:

• Handle complex liver and GI cases, new referrals
• Perform and interpret upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy
• In-clinic procedures: Pill Cam interpretation, peg tube exchange, Hemoccult test, Lidocaine injections

Requirements:

• Board certification in Gastroenterology
• Licensed in WA; IMLC not accepted
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Requirements:

• 60-90 days credentialing timeframe
• Temporary privileges available for those with a clean history
