About the position:

At AMOpportunities (AMO), we partner with schools and students worldwide who need clinical rotations in medical, PA, and nursing.

We are currently in need of Florida-based preceptors to teach local students in your practice. As an AMO preceptor, you can host the types of students that best fit your practice for when you are available. Preceptors are expected to facilitate a program including observation, patient interaction, didactic learning, case presentations, and/or research.

Your program will be designed to fit the needs and availability of your practice. AMO handles all marketing, application collection, clinical trainee support, and administrative work so that you can focus on the most important part, teaching! This is a contracted

position; preceptors are paid a stipend upon a medical trainee’s successful program completion.

Skills/Experience: 

• Be a licensed physician, PA in the state of Florida in good standing
• Be boarded in your practicing specialty or have PA-C status
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with others

Compensation
