    Your Role We are looking for a dedicated Physician or DO to join our collaborative team. Partnering closely with our highly experienced Medical Director, you will deliver comprehensive care to older adults navigating behavioral health challenges. This is more than a job—it’s a calling to improve the quality of life for our elderly population, ensuring they receive the respect and high-quality treatment they deserve.

    What You'll Do

    • Perform detailed assessments of geriatric patients experiencing mental health issues.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to craft individualized treatment plans.
    • Adjust care strategies in real-time to ensure the best patient outcomes.
    • Provide holistic and compassionate care, focusing on enhancing mental well-being.
    • Contribute to case reviews, team meetings, and initiatives that emphasize continuous quality care.
    • Partner with our Medical Director to uphold top-tier medical standards and comply with regulations.
    • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current in geriatric behavioral health.

    Qualifications

    • Medical degree (MD or DO) with a focus in Psychiatry or Geriatric Psychiatry (preferred).
    • Licensed to practice in New Hampshire.
    • A deep passion for geriatric mental health care, with the ability to connect empathetically with patients.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • A commitment to the safety and well-being of every patient.
