Locum - Physician - Urology Durango, CO

DETAILS:

1 week per month, ongoing

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with additional night call from 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Saturday - Sunday: 24-hour call (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)

SETTING:

Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic

Call Trauma Level III

FTE: 0.5

REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide patient care in the clinic

Perform various procedures in the operating room (OR)

Participate in on-call trauma coverage as needed

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

SUPPORT STAFF:

Medical Assistant (MA)

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

Registered Nurse (RN)

RATE: $290 Per/Hr

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Board Certified Urology - Required, will not accept BE candidates

Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)

Active BLS - Required for credentialing

Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA).
