Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity
SSM Health is excited to announce a flexible, full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider opportunity at our new Verona Clinic, set to open in 2026. This role offers the chance to join a dedicated team of 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners.
Location: Verona, WI (Opening in 2026) - only 15 minutes away from the state capital, Madison
Position: Full-time (0.8-1.0 FTE)
