As facility medical director, you will: * Lead and oversee a team of 50+ hospitalist physicians and advanced practice clinicians in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Drive performance, efficiency, and quality outcomes in collaboration with hospital administration and system leadership * Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care, provider engagement, and operational effectiveness * Monitor key performance metrics, ensuring excellence in clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and physician retention * Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and professional growth, while mentoring hospitalist providers * Represent TeamHealth at hospital meetings, serving as the key liaison for hospital medicine * Optional clinical shifts available for those who wish to maintain hands-on patient care

Qualifications * Board-certified in internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM) * Proven leadership experience in a hospitalist program * Active Florida medical license and DEA (or ability to obtain before start) * Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with hospital leadership and medical staff
