** Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Gaston, SC. We are an employee health clinic providing comprehensive medical care designed to treat acute illness and chronic disease.
** Schedule:**
- Monday- Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- No call requirements
** Practice Setting:**
- Outpatient medical setting
- Offering primary care to employees and their dependents, focusing on preventative care and early intervention
- Support from MA and onsite physicians
** Cases and Procedures:**

Traditional outpatient primary care, including acute illness (cough, cold, flu, UTIs, etc.), chronic disease management, preventative care, pre-employment physicals, and annual physicals
- Occasional outpatient primary care office-based procedures possible
** Qualifications:**
- Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Practice
- Must be comfortable treating patients aged 2 and over
- South Carolina State License required
