  • The Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is recruiting a full time OB/GYN physician to join our growing teams in various facilities within Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

    AHN Women’s Institute Highlights:

    • AHN provides women-centric care at every stage of life, from the first pelvic exam through menopause. Our expert team prioritizes clinical excellence combined with empathy and compassion to provide high quality care for our patients.

    • AHN boasts five labor and delivery hospitals across its health system. Obstetricians work exclusively out of one hospital and are not required to have privileges at all five L&Ds.
    • Our multidisciplinary team includes robust programs in maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, reproductive medicine, and more.
    • AHN OB-GYNs are supported by physician assistants with 24/7 coverage on labor and delivery across all hospitals. There are many teaching opportunities available across the network with AHN’s student clerkship and medical residency programs.
    • Unique to AHN, we offer care for women experiencing mental health challenges including an intensive outpatient program for mothers struggling with depression and anxiety through our Alexis D’Achille Center for Perinatal Mental Health and Women’s Behavioral Health Programs.
    • Other notable programs offered to AHN patients include CenteringPregnancy®, Perinatal Hope Program for substance use disorder in pregnancy, Olivia’s Angels Perinatal Palliative Care Program, midlife care services, Cardio Obstetrics Clinic, OB-GYN Mobile Clinic, and more.

    Job Duties:

    • Ability to do core obstetrics and gynecological care
    • Ability to do laparoscopic surgery required
    • Full scale office practice

    Job Qualifications:

    • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology
    • Pennsylvania Medical License
