    $382,392 - $458,292 – Board Eligible in-person care in an inpatient unit

    $347,172 - $417,156 – Board Certified in-person care

    Restructured Recruitment and Retention Bonus:

    • Available to clinicians newly hired with the State of California providing in-person care
    • 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7
