• BC/BE Palliative Care Physician, ideally available in Summer 2025
• Provide in-patient consultation services in palliative care
• Monday through Friday schedule – No weekends or call
• Facilitate clarification of patient and family goals of care
• Promote palliative medicine across the continuum of care
• Teach medical students and Family Medicine residents
• Assist in the development of standards of care, policies and procedures
