    Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking board certified or board eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or IM-Peds physicians to join our primary care team at our Greeley Medical Office in Colorado. Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Denver, at the confluence of the South Platte and Cache la Poudre rivers, Greeley is a more rural community with a growing downtown with a number of coffee shops, excellent restaurants and breweries.  Public art displayed around town with lovely parks that feature lakes, streams & waterfalls.  Fishing and hiking along the Poudre river Trail  and mountain views.   

    CPMG also offers you the ability to customize opportunities with a combination of virtual work and continuity to add variety in your practice or flexible work hours to help accommodate your scheduling needs.
