You can join this nationwide network through Renal Associates P.A, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This opportunity is open to candidates of all experience levels, though those with dialysis or nephrology experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into nephrology for candidates with no prior nephrology experience.

    Hiring Package:

    • Competitive base salary with benefits
    • CME $1,500 annually
    • PTO – 3 weeks annually starting after 90 days

    Schedule/Practice Details:

    • Will cover hospital and dialysis rounds, including calls via phone triage
    • No weekend currently required/ expected

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree program in nursing, with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements.
    • Acute Care Certification Required.
    • Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
    • Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
    • Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
    • Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
    • Knowledge of documentation in medical records in confidential manner.

    Compensation Details

    $100-110k
