### Highlights

• Flexible 5-on/5-off schedule

### Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Community-based facility with 49 beds
• Primarily working in GI lab, with clinic and rounding support
• Full-time APP in clinic

### Schedule

• Ongoing 5-on/5-off rotation
• Monday–Friday
• 8–9 hour days in either lab or clinic
• 2 weeks/month minimum; full-time also accepted

### Procedures and Cases

• Colonoscopies, EGD, ERCP
• 10–14 procedures/day in GI lab
• 25–30 patients/day in clinic
• Includes inpatient rounding as needed

### Requirements

• Must have an active IL license
• Open to General Surgeons comfortable with colonoscopies
• Able to cover a minimum of 2 weeks/month

### Credentialing Requirements

• Estimated 30–45 days for credentialing
