In this role, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary team, including 4 psychiatrists on a 35-bed inpatient unit that is modern, clean and a invitingly well-lit setting, to deliver compassionate, state-of-the-art care to patients with diverse psychiatric needs. You’ll also mentor the next generation of medical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and academic growth.

Beyond clinical care, you’ll take on administrative leadership responsibilities, ensuring the unit meets and exceeds safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
