CenterWell Senior Primary Care is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our growing geriatric primary care office in Kissimmee, Florida. Total compensation over $300,000 inclusive of base salary and quality incentive pay.

This position requires the ability to conduct patient visits in Spanish.

About the role:

• Monday-Friday, 8-5 Hours in an Outpatient Setting
• Low patient volume under a value-based care model
• Team-based model with daily huddles
• Full support staff including care coaches, MAs and APPs
• eCW EMR system

Benefits:

• Base salary plus 20% quality incentive pay, for total earnings over $300,000

Requirements:

• BC/BE
• Florida Licensure
• Experience with geriatric primary care
• Spanish fluency
