Hospitalist - Physician - Direct Hire (Upto $1,87,500 Bonus) (7 on 7 off shift)

Position: HRMC Hospitalist Facility: Huron Regional Medical Center Location: 172 4th St SE, Huron, SD 57350

Salary & Benefits:

• Expected Salary: $278,356
• Schedule: 7 on, 7 off
• Signing Bonus: $75,000
• Home Purchase Advance: $50,000
• Education Reimbursement: $60,000/year
• Residency Stipend: $2,500/month

Role Overview: As an HRMC Hospitalist, you'll lead coordination of hospital services, ensuring high standards of medical care in line with HRMC policies. The role involves both clinical and administrative duties, reporting to the Medical Staff and Vice President of Finance.

Key Qualifications:

• M.D./D.O. licensed in South Dakota
• ATLS certified and Board-certified within 2 years post-residency
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Work Environment:

• Frequent walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to infectious diseases and atmospheric conditions
• Inside work with occasional environmental hazards

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clinical: Provide quality patient care, document medical services, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
• Administrative: Collaborate with clinic staff and administration to develop policies, improve performance, and ensure resource management.
• Personal/Communication: Maintain confidentiality, professional appearance, and effective communication with staff and patients.
