Perm - Physician - Psychiatry Findlay, OH (50%tele option available)

Job Overview:

• Flexible role: Choose outpatient age preference, focus areas, remote work, and hours.
• Telehealth: Option for 50% telehealth.
• Primary duties: 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient on-call (1:6 rotation for phone calls and weekend rounding).
• Supportive team: Work with 4 psychiatrists, 3 advanced practitioners, 1 psychologist, 7 counselors, and full administrative support.
• Inpatient unit: 9-bed unit for ages 18+.
• Autonomy: Control your schedule, patient load, and operations.
• Location: BV Hospital in Findlay with local leadership support.
• Requirements: Residency in the area, Board eligibility or certification in Psychiatry, OH license (or willing to obtain).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $322,000-$400,000, based on experience.
• Incentives: Signing bonus, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, CME stipend, PSLF eligibility.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Board-eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry (TRULY within 5 years).
