A top ranked community health center in Rochester, NY is looking to expand their team with an Infectious Disease Physician. Join 2 in-practice Infectious Disease Physicians that are focused on providing an affirming, supportive environment for their patients.

Practice Specifics:
- Exciting opportunity to join an elite team of Infectious Disease physicians and pharmacists working in a comprehensive service model that includes testing, medical care, education, support groups, pharmacy and labs.
- Provide Infectious Disease consultation in an established practice, that ensures judgment-free and affordable care for adult patients of a diverse community.
- Onsite outpatient clinic. Mon-Fri (8:00am – 5:00pm).
- Rotating weekly phone-based call system.
