    We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to lead our OB Hospitalist Program as a Medical Director. This leadership role provides the opportunity to oversee clinical operations, enhance patient care protocols, and guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional obstetric care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ✔ Lead and manage a team of OB Hospitalists, ensuring quality standards and patient safety ✔ Develop and implement best practices for hospital-based obstetric care ✔ Collaborate with hospital administration, nursing staff, and private practice physicians ✔ Provide direct patient care, including emergency and unassigned obstetric and gynecological cases ✔ Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and program development ✔ Maintain compliance with hospital policies and accreditation requirements

    Qualifications:

    ✔ Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology ✔ Minimum 3+ years of experience as an OB/GYN Hospitalist preferred ✔ Proven leadership experience in a hospital-based setting ✔ Strong communication and team-building skills ✔ Ability to work collaboratively with hospital staff and private physicians
